Some of the filling types to be used inside the wall mountable bag include (but not limited to) rice, dried beans and sand
Forearm Conditioning
Forearms and hand conditioning must be done with care to avoid any injuries. The bag can be freely laid flat on solid surface at a reasonable height (recommended waist height) and the hands and forearms to be used in a relaxed motion without being overly rigid, alternating between the back of hands, palms and forearms without too much force

Made of sturdy material, with internal lining for durability. Zipper in the back could have been a bit higher, but can be filled well enough. Decent size for fist and palm strikes.

Filled it with sand and steel shot. However, sand poofed out of the zipper seam each time it was struck, leaving a mess on the floor. This may not have been a big deal if it was outside, however it was at an indoor training facility. So, am going to have to replace it with all steel shot. Overall it is a sturdy bag, cool logo, for sand though would need a double layered zipper like some of my other bags.

I have been using this bag for my iron palm training I use it 3 times a day and have been for 49 days . I can say this bag is solid , very durable and exactly what I was looking for .

First, this product looks exactly like the product photos show, which is always good these days.The material is strong on the outside and it seems to be coated with a plastic or some kind of rubber on the inside which is nice because if you use sand in this, it will not end up spraying the sand all over the place.I will likely use this with small steel balls, because I like those more for the sake of conditioning work.The grommets seem sturdy and the stitching tight.For $10, I don't think you can beat the value for the money on this product.Thus, 5 stars all the way.

I like how well made the bag is. Very easy to set-up. You can fill it with sand or rice. It is very durable. Great value!
