I use this product very often, trying to avoid knee sx. Stays on 3 days well and I have not had ANY skin irritation. I use it just as the Dr told me and it does the trick. The quality is Great..recommend

I've only used 1 other brand (OK tape) to compare this to, but after trying this brand, I wish I would have stuck with the first brand.- this tape is a little too sticky (painful to peel off even after 5 - 7 days when it starts losing its support and soaking to the end of a shower). I have sensitive skin and am using it on my belly for a twin pregnancy, but I didn't have this issue with the other brand and removed it after only around 4 days.- neither brands left rashes on my belly (even with sensitive skin) unless I tried to remove it without soaking in the shower first; however, this brand leaves my skin a little red after removal until the next day because of how sticky it is (I always wait from night until morning to retape to give my skin a break)- it leaves sticky residue, especially around the edges, that's difficult to get off even with rubbing alcohol- it frays with threads coming off around the edges after 1 - 2 days- it doesn't stick to itself well at all, so if you're anchor points overlap, they likely won't be anchored very long/well (also a slight issue with the other brand tho)After using it twice, I tried contacting the company to see if they would refund me and never heard back. I didn't want to send it back and end up not getting a refund since I had used several strips from 1 of the rolls.

This is a good quality KT tape. The strips are a good length and it holds up to use and water quite well. Only complaint is the adhesive is a challenge to wash off.

Good price, nicely packed, does the job. However it leaves the glue on the skin that is hard to get off.

usually not a problem. these last batches hurt skin removing you mush take at least 2 showers, the try while wet.

My experience with athletic tape has been one of frustration. Usually it doesn’t hold well. This tape really stays on! I used it for plantar fasciitis and it lasted over 24 hours through 3 hours of sweaty Pickleball play, 30 minutes of ice bath and a shower! I struggled a bit to get it off. I love how it’s already in 10” lengths so it’s easy to put on. It doesn’t have the “stretch” markings on the tape like the well-known expensive brand but you don’t really need that. This is definitely the right tape to buy for quality and value!

After using a new roll.of KT on my knee and ankle, and watching it peel off as I sweated, I could not justify buying more.I even washed and dried my skin so there was no oil residue.This tape was a little harder to remove from the paper backing and felt a bit less stretchy, but provided good comfort and movement while adding support. The one on my hero did peel up a little at the corners but the one on my knee held tight for several hours and was easy to remove.I'd definitely recommend it.

I bought those cause I do tapping pretty often cause I hurt myself a lot working as a CNA and cause I have hyperlaxity. They stick on pretty well but you should always clean your skin thoroughly with alcohol first. They don’t survive much to water though… a quick shower is fine but if submerged in water for some time, it’s done… it also take some time for it to be fully glued on you. If you move too fast before it’s done glueing itself safely with the heat of the body, it might end up lifting and than you gotta do it all again… I feel like the length of the precut tape is pretty good for most use. The elasticity is actually pretty better than I was expecting ! Overall for the price it’s a pretty good tape ! Easily comparable with other great brands ! I already bought more colors ! Last point, is that it can hold on an other piece of tape but it’s not his best strength. It’s harder to make it stick this way but if done correctly, it does the job ! Definitely will keep on buying ! Actually this will be my last point but when taking it off, I strongly advice to have some baby oil or something like that to help take it off cause after awhile, it’s glued pretty solid and can hurt if you just try to peel it off ! The oil will also help to remove the glue left on the skin.
