Arrived on-time and basically put together- just had to slide back of chair on. Very comfy and enjoy the availability of swiveling chair. Seems sturdy enough to last on a covered porch.

1st, the easiest piece of patio furniture to assemble. No tools needed. Very nice chair. The recliner option is great..... except to fully recline is tough and it wants to go back to 1st position you have to keep pressure on foot rest. Also foot rest should be paded. Other than that very happy.

It seems like there is a flaw with swivel part of the chair. We are not heavy people, well under the max weight limit and when you turn in the chair the bottom hits the round base. It is not a deal breaker where I am going to take the time to return the chair but I can see where this will eventually cause a problem. Overall, the cushions are fine but thicker cushions would be more comfortable. The recliner works fine but if you are taller than average your legs will hang out. If you want a nicer set of chairs you will spend almost double. If your budget is limited this is a good option for patio chairs.

Love the swivel action but the reclining function is a miss. The chair sits lower than my other chairs so when you recline the foot section does not bring your legs to a level position rather your legs are downward. When you push it back to level your legs the chair does not hold that position. I’m 5’11 and my legs hang off so being downward is uncomfortable. Considering returning.

Very comfy and easy to assemble. It doesn’t rock much at all. Love the foot rest. Reclines but doesn’t want to stay in the position without me staying tense to hold it back. Cushion dries quickly after rain and easy to keep clean. Overall I am pleased with the chair and have been enjoying it now for a little over a month.

First, we ordered 2 recliners and they were both delivered before the date noted. Big plus! Easy assembly, hardest part was getting them out of the box. This is where the review could have gone wrong. One of the recliners was defective and didn't open or close correctly. Tried to exchange via Amazon but didn't give that option. Then we were going to have to pay to ship it back. Eventually I found the customer service number and called. The rep immediately apologized for the inconvenience and processed a replacement. It is being ship in the next day or two. The part that encouraged me to write this review is what happened next. He told me we could keep the recliner. "Use it for spare parts or give it away." No hassle returning it!

Fairly comfortable. The foot rest is weak and isn't stiff when supporting legs. It was easy to assemble but no handle to pull to recline the seat? Sorry, but that is terrible design flaw, especially for the price of the product.I can't rate the product's sturdiness because it's not practical to use. How can you rate this kind of thing unless you've had it a while? I would guess that if you have to keep pushing back on the arms and back of the chair to recline it, it won't last long (neither will I)

I bought 2 of these chairs for my outdoor covered patio. I loved the look of them and the way they're able to recline and swivel. I did not like that the only color that the cushion came in was white, but figured that I could either get replacement cushions or wash them, if needed. I live in a humid climate, so it didn't take long for the fabric on the cushions to show mildew. I tried to spot clean, but it didn't come off. I tried to take the covers off to wash, but the center button on the back cushion prevents the cover from being removed. I called Outsunny (the manufacturer) to see what my options were. They were not helpful one bit. They requested a bunch of information from me such as order number and a screen shot of my Amazon purchase, etc, only to tell me that they couldn't help me as I was out of warranty. I then asked if they could sell replacement cushions and they said, no as they don't sell individual components. I then asked if I could have the exact dimensions of the cushions so that I can try to buy new ones. Again, they would not help me saying that they did not have that information. Long story short, I love the chairs, but hate the cushions and now will most likely have to have custom covers made. Also, Outsunny customer service was not helpful or apologetic to my issue. Buyer Beware!
