The look is as pictured and sleek. The matte black is great. The water valves are tricky and easily installed wrong, you have to look at where the openings are… but after putting them back incorrectly (the water would not shut off) it was a quick fix to take them out and correct the position.The shower head is ok, but doesn’t move, it’s fixed. I have never seen that. And you cannot increase the water flow rate, so, replaced it.The tub spout is IPS but has NO specs and we aren’t sure how long to cut the pipe. Looked online, and spec sheet is for the outside. Very annoying. We want it to be flush to the wall after we screw it on. There must be a measurement for that somewhere!Anyway, almost done installing and it all works very well and looks great.

I installed the new shower/faucet set up and the cold water knob doesn’t work correctly. Water won’t shut off and stays running. I tried contacting the company by phone and was told I had to email them to submit a warranty claim even though the item was brand new. It took 2 days to get a response.Here is the response I got.Hello,Thank you for providing us with that information. We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your faucet.I have your claim submitted to our warranty manager.The review process is typically 24 - 48 business hours, and if approved, replacement should ship out within 1-7 days after - depending on the Ground carrier and your area.If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach back out!At this point I am very frustrated with this response because I received a defective product and I have to wait to see if I’m “approved” for them to even send me any replacement parts! They offer a 10 year warranty that they may not even honor when I didn’t even get to use it for 1 day. It doesn’t look like they stand by the quality of there products by the response I received. I don’t understand why customer service on the phone couldn’t help me with this issue with it being a brand new product.I would recommend you to look elsewhere when buying a new faucet/ shower system.

Unfortunately I had to return this set. I was just trying to replace the hardware in an existing shower and the handles wouldn’t fit. I was very upset about it because I LOVE the look of this set!

Positive- Very well made.Negatives- The handles are very small. Also, if you are someone who likes shower pressure, this is definitely not the shower head for you!
