It was Beautiful, but the shower arm that came with it did not fit our setting and our setting was new. And when you pull the lever up for the shower to turn on, water that comes from the bottom nozzle.

The faucet looks great. I did run into an issue with the initial installation but was able to get a replacement part overnight. I was very pleased with how customer service addressed the issue.

Great looking an functioning shower head combination. Compared to the "big name" companies the price was more than half off. The different setting feel great and can be used by anyone. The finish is excellent and looks great when installed. Water pressure is excellent and it is easy to control the temperature . There is no leaking from either of the shower heads.

We had an issue in the beginning that was resolved in a timely manner. The shower kit is very nice. Compared to our original set, this one is much easier to use with regards to the handle and settings. Would definitely do business with this company again. Easy installation.
