I’ve been baking sourdough boules for a few years now and have mostly mastered that art. I’ve tried a few times to make baguettes, but in reality I was just reshaping my sourdough into baguette form, and without any proper baking pan. There are 2 mistakes there: using the same recipe for both bread types, and not having the proper pan for baguette. Well, not anymore.Purely from a construction basis, these pans are well made. There are no sharp edges, and the finish is consistent. The metal has very little flex, and the maker took the time to wrap the edges so that there is a ¼” doubled band around the entire perimeter aiding in rigidity (and fit/finish.) As of this writing I’ve not used them for baking, but that is coming this weekend, and I’ll update the review accordingly. But, from the perspective of how these are made, I’m quite happy. And the price is great. If my baguettes look ANYTHING like the ones that the seller included in their listing, I’ll be doing somersaults.PROS: high quality construction details, 2 sizes included in set.CONS: noneACCURACY OF AMAZON LISTING: highBOTTOM LINE: nicely made.Of course, I’ll update this review should anything change.

Awesome set of baguette pans that have worked perfectly since I got them! Durable, well made and built to last. If you think these pans don’t make the difference in your baguettes then you’ve never properly used them. Highly recommend!
