I bought this unit in November to keep my desktop cool and help it run better. It worked well at first but it is now March a few months later, and it is pretty much a paperweight. The control display will not respond, the fans are dead but will freely spin if I do so manually, and the LEDs will barely light up.

I would have rated this a 5 if my M16 would have fit better, as it hung over a bit too much for my liking.

Al principio todo bien, pero han pasado 2 meses y se le ha estropeado una parte de la pantalla digital.EDITADO: Tras poner la reseña el equipo de KLIM se puso en contacto conmigo, he de decir que han solucionado el problema y me han mandado una nueva unidad a coste 0. Estoy encantado con el servicio, el producto funciona muy bien

Great item, does a great job of cooling. The base with stand could be sturdier, kind of flimsy.

Works great. Laptop is happy. Not getting hot. Keeping legs cool when laptop is in my lap. The 2 USB ports are 1 for power for fans and 1 for a cell phone or to charge something to make up for the USB port used for the Laptop cooler.

Had an older version and one of the tabs broke off that support laptop when its in slanted configuration. 5 year warranty so i contacted seller. They responded within a day and offered to send me free replacement but due to out of stock on the model i had they gave me full refund. So i purchased the newest version with the refund. Good company 10/10 would recommend and buy from again

So bought this as my laptop was always hot and I must admit it did keep the laptop cool but the stand at the back was flimsy and the 2 clips at the front well cheap plastic it snapped it light up nice but the build quality was not good sad because it did do a good job when working
