I highly recommend this seller. Their shipping was fast. Two boxes were wrapped with plastic and placed on a pallet. Even after the delivery, the seller responded to my inquiries promptly with detail and patience within one business day. Both indoor and outdoor units work very well and quietly so far. This product is not for a DIY installation if you don't have HVAC knowledge and tools.

I haven't installed yet but am reviewing what it takes to install. First, it appears I need a 3/4" female to 1/2" male adapter for the heat pump, then I need a 3/8" female to 1/2" male adapter for the indoor unit.1/4" connections are good.Also, the installation instructions are pretty vague. It would be nice that the drawings match exactly what you received, a list of items I should have received, and whether or not a signal wire is required. Nearest I only need a power wire, based on the electrical schematics on the indoor/outdoor units. It would be nice the schematics were in the installation manual.Note, don't install a disconnect or circuit breaker until you received the product. Again it would be nice the size required was online and in the literature and not have to wait for looking at the nameplate.Note, this unit will require an evacuation pump prior to start up. I hope the instructions are accurate.Lastly, nearest I can tell it's all metric. In the installation manual it would be nice to specify wrench sizes required.
