Excellent product to express your ideas and sharing your draws. Very convenient for any case, better than using paper.

I got this notepad primarily for sketching and have been happy with it! It's a good large size but is easy to transport and doesn't take up much space. It is made of very solid materials which has held up very well. I like that when it is powered off, it shows a cute little sketched picture with a note saying "power off". Having the screen still show something doesn't drain the battery and the battery itself is very longlasting. The tablet itself has a fairly reactive interface, but sometimes when you are typing or pressing a button on the screen, it takes a half second longer than expected to react to what you did. Very minimal lag though. This notepad has a huge variety of templates for note taking and sketching and you can save many different files at a time. These can be uploaded to other devices via USB or Cloud sharing. Drawing on this notepad is very smooth and has no lag. There are many different sizes and types of pen/pencils you can choose from and you can use the back of your stylus as an eraser, or just select the eraser tool. You can do very fine details, but you cannot zoom in or out.The only issue I have had with drawing/writing is that there is a small border along the edges of the screen that is almost dead space and is very laggy and won't register your stylus. This border is VERY SMALL and is only in some areas of the screen when you are in the notes, but is annoying when you are trying to finish a sentence or fill in some details on a drawing. This is the only issue I have with it and the problem is very minimal.Other than that, this has been a fabulous piece of equipment that works very well I bring with me everywhere, and has worked amazing for me! I love not needing to tote around my notebook and several pencils and erasers.

Ok, so this was a blast to play with. It is by no means a polished software experience, but the hardware is brilliant. The paperwhite screen sometimes has a bit of a feint afterimage of previous screens, and it doesn't go full black/white as often as other devices I've seen, so that might be linked. one minor thing is that after using this for a few hours, I still can't tell if there is a screen cover on there to peel. The edges are raised just enough that I keep wanting to pick off the coating that I've already convinced myself isn't there. Oh well...on to the features. The connectivity is really excellent, offering their own cloud account and also access to box or OneDrive. It updated automatically for me with no issue. I was able to copy my .epub and .pdf e-books to the reader no problem, and this thing is great for reading as long as you have adequate lighting...which my house doesn't because of all the luminous screens I use. So *that's* what the bedside lamp is for. This thing is lightweight, extremely thin, and feels good to hold, but the glass on both sides can be a bit slick. Under the hood this is a complete android device, so you get access to several well-known android things, including plugging into your computer and copying files, Bluetooth for headphones to use this for audiobooks, and access to a small app store with 20 apps at the time of this review, including Kindle, VLC, AnkiDroid (flash cards) and a few other useful apps. For the notes section, there are dozens of templates and the pen felt good to use. It was pressure sensitive and the "eraser" on the back works as expected. There are a few places where the choices seem odd or missing, and translation errors make menu items not as informative as they could be, but there has already been a software update, and I'm hoping to see more of them. There is even a feedback option right there to send in your gripes...happy days! All in all, a great little toy if you're up for a bit of rough edges and tinkering.

This e-ink notepad thing comes with a pen, and I think this thing is definitely oriented more toward note-taking because a lot of the features are for note-taking. The UI of this is somewhat mistranslated in certain parts but still readable and understandable overall. I think the software for this thing is still being ironed out, as right now, I can barely customize this—I can’t even change the lock screen. But all the basic functions that you’d expect from an e-ink note/ebook are all there and function correctly, it's just the “quality of life” things that are missing. They also recommend you log in/register a Kloudnote account. I went to their website, and it also has a very barebones look. The build quality of this thing is great, the materials feel nice in hand, and it also gives off a premium quality vibe, so I definitely think this will be a good product with better software. I think the developers are working toward that because once I connected this thing to WiFi and updated the operating system, the UI looked a lot better. Overall, not a great product at the moment, but I think it will get better in the future.
