I was a little worried at first because i own a 2015 RE:FLEX Veloster, but after installation i Immediately noticed the difference in acceleration speed, no more lag and it deff gives the engine a more aggressive sound, quick and easy to install, as far as mileage is concerned there is a minimal change nothing crazy but boy do it feel good just stepping on it and feeling the car take off it makes it fun to drive, highly recommend if your planning on keeping your veloster.

Much better.. i had same similar before but the tube is going down.. but this one much better quality and the tube is straight.. so if rain or so it wont affect.. good product..also not going to be rusty

Very simple to install. Don't be afraid to push and pull on it to get the fresh air intake bolts to line up, the metal bends on the baffling to let you get everything into place. Not sure about performance yet, but is sure makes a big difference in throttle response in the Veloster, and it makes a very mean sound when you really step on the gas. The sound alone is worth it.

An absolute MUST HAVE for the Veloster. The OEM throttle lag was killing me, but with this intake system... it changes everything. When you’re driving normally, it doesn’t sound very different, but when you go into sports mode and open the throttle, you get a deliciously evil roar that can be heard for blocks.Installation was done in under an hour, and the instructions came with pictures and tips for installation. I can’t believe I waited so long to get this upgrade. It is pricey, but the enjoyment I will be getting out of this (and the added fuel efficiency) more than makes up for it. Awaken your Veloster!!!

69-5304TSHYUNDAI2012-13 VelosterL4-1.6L (I actually have the 2014) Made a big difference in the throttle response. You don't know it's there until you put your foot into it, and then it quickly responds with a deeper, throaty sound, (much like the old 4-barrel opening up). Also ordered the Borla Performance Exhaust System (PN 11821), and I can't wait to get them both in and put together!!!If you're thinking about getting a little more "KICK", then get this product!!! You won't be disappointed!!!Well, I promised a review after I installed the Borla on my Veloster, non-turbo, and, yes, it sounds great!! Not overly aggressive at an idle, (as also commented in other review), but when you put your foot into it, it produces a growl that you'll like!! I took it to a local mechanic who had it installed in about 15 minutes. Borla made this exhaust system to fit perfectly. Coupled with the K&N intake set-up, (which is also made specifically for the Veloster), I am extremely happy with both products. Have not had the chance to get it dyno'ed with this set up yet, so I don't know how much additional HP I'm getting now, but I don't have any trouble getting it up to speed....

Easy install. Had it on in less than an hour. Performs great! Sounds aggressive under heavy throttle but isnt anoying at highway speeds.

I just got this bad boy installed in my 2013 Veloster and I'm very impressed. It gives my engine a nice, throaty growl during acceleration and which has also notably improved from my K&N pre-intake days. I haven't had it long enough to make any comment on any changes in my gas mileage, good or bad, but I tend to put the pedal to the metal more often now so its probably fallen off (my bad). It took my mechanic a little over one hour to install it which is well in line with the company claims of 90 minutes to install. He said it was a tight fit but used the original mounting points in the engine compartment which made it easier for him.

Wanted to see if this would get rid of the throttle lag on our 2013 Veloster and couldn't be happier. The lag is gone and the power seems a little better, gas mileage is about the same, probably worse since I keep putting my foot in it :).It is definitely louder than stock, gives the car a nice growl when accelerating, but isn't noisy at all at cruising speeds.The price may be high, but it's a very well built sturdy system and comes with a heat shield, only took about 30 minutes to install and wasn't difficult at all.
