The product fits easily between your knees. I’ve been surprising happy with the result. I wake and my lower back is not tight like usual and my hip is not sore like usual.

I’m a skinny guy and a side sleeper. My knees often touch when sleeping which often is annoying and uncomfortable.I got this to see if it would help my sleep quality.Upon receiving it, the pillow is smaller than I thought it would be, but that is not a bad thing. For me, ultimately, I think they could make it smaller. It really does help pull your legs together to a specific placement/ form. I can see the benefits of this, but I do like to allow myself the ability for some movement.If I do sleep with this pillow, I usually always wake up with it in its place. I don’t find myself working out of it while sleeping. I don’t use this all the time as I find myself getting, bored of it, as strange as it sounds for me to say that. Though I do enjoy having it, I think it does improve my sleep experience. There are some design improvements that can be done, but overall I’ll give this a 4/5 stars.If you are a side sleeper that often has issues with your knees touching and feeling uncomfortable, you might give this a try!

I had a conventional hourglass-shaped memory foam leg pillow which was invaluable to me as a side sleeper with lower back issues. When it wore out, I was intrigued with this one. It was bigger and thicker, and the cover looked like it was good quality, so I ordered one. It comes vacuum packed and rolled up in a handy little zip case. Once I got it out of the bag, it was fully inflated and ready to use in about 10 minutes. I could not detect any foam smell, which is nice.One of the first thing I noticed was that there were several hard spots in the memory foam that seemed to be caused by inconsistent foam molding. I was worried these would be really noticeable in use, but I still haven't noticed them. The memory foam is good quality and the cover is very soft.I am mystified why the pillow is only molded to fit a leg on one side. It's clearly meant for people with two legs, going by the pictures on the listing. This makes it a bit less comfortable than it could be. Having said that, it works at least as well to mitigate hip and lower back stress as my old pillow. Not sure if I would get this exact pillow again, but if they had a two-sided version I'd be very interested.

i'm still mixed on this one.pros: the quality is very nice. it came vacuum sealed in a little carrying pouch and it fluffed up to full capacity in about 30 seconds. it didn't smell like anything and was ready to use. it also has a zippered pillow case for easy cleaning. i move around a lot while sleeping and it stayed in place all night. i ALWAYS wake up with lower back pain. my best move is to sleep on my back with my feet elevated but i move around too much to make that work for me. so when i wake up on my side with my feet still elevated, my back hurts even more. i awoke after using this leg pillow with noticeable LESS pain, which is the biggest thing. i was also worried that my dog, who is the destroyer of all things, would ruin this immediately, but she seems to have no interest which is also amazing.cons: it didn't come with any directions, which seems stupid to need directions for a pillow. but it's not a symmetrical pillow and i wasn't sure which direction to use it in! so the first night i used it thick side up so it tapered down my leg and it was pretty comfortable and i slept fine. the second night i thought maybe i should flip it so that the thin side was on my thighs so that my legs would be more parallel and honestly i thought that was worse. and i wish the pillow was curved on both sides so it hugs both legs at once but it's flat on one side. and then i move around a lot so i wasn't sure which side was supposed to be flat; facing down or up?so in short, the pillow is comfortable and works well but it could also be slightly better. bonus use was that i laid it flat on my sofa chaise and used it to prop my leg up during stretches and that was AWESOME.

I had such high hopes for this pillow. I’m not going to give a negative review because it is durable and a great size. I like that it’s washable. The cost of it is reasonable. It just didn’t fit me where I needed it to be comfortable and ease the achiness in my legs that I get at night.
