Works perfect for elevating swollen or achy knees and feet. The product came vacuum sealed, and took about an hour to fully puff outIt may not work as well for someone who is tall, but for us short folk, and probably those of average height, it works fabulous

Great little wedge for using under legs. It comes very compressed, so needs to set out for a day or two to fully inflate. It is a tad smaller looking in person than in the pictures, though the measurements shown are correct. This pillow is soft yet supportive for helping to ease leg and hip pain.

my household is sensitive to smells and fragrances, especially the ones that tend to come with pillows like this, but surprisingly, this pillow had no smells and was easy to air out and fluff up. this is a great quality wedge pillow and perfect for resting below your knees.

This pillow might work well for people of less than average height/short legs. I am 5'7" and the short side of the pillow was not long enough to support my thighs.

I bought this as a wedge pillow to put under my pillow at night to help control my nocturnal acid reflux symptoms. It’s been great. It’s the perfect size for this purpose and doesn’t get hot or stuffy at night.

I used this wedge pillow not only for my knees while laying down in bed, but also as a back support, while sitting up. To use as a back support, I did have to use a pillow behind my back to make it so I could sit a little straighter, but it sure beats relying on just pillows.It's really easy to use since it's just a simple wedge. It stays in place and is still in the same shape.It's a basic wedge and has worked wonderfully for me!

Wedge arrived in a vacuum-sealed bag and, as website states, it takes a day or so for the foam to expand completely. The foam is quite firm and seems to support the weight of my head or knees, depending on my needs. When I first received this, I removed the cover and ran it through the laundry, but it was VERY difficult to get it back on the foam wedge. While I was wrestling the foam into the cover, the tiny fragile zipper broke right off and came off track. I have been using it without zipping the cover and, so far, it has worked moderately well. The cover is soft and velvety and since I have a pillow under my head, I haven’t had too much trouble with the unzipped cover. Since I’ve only have it for a brief time, I can’t speak to how long it will retain its shape or the foam will continue to be firm.An addendum: recently suffered a nasty cold and bronchitis that made sleeping difficult. I used this wedge pillow to elevate my head and chest. It was easy to get comfortable and worked very well to give me some rest.
