I am not quite sure how it rates as i am unable to inflat. I posed the question before I bought it, if it came with a pump. The response was yes. I did read reviews that said that was describe as a pump was the bag it came in, which is very misleading if not an out and out lie. To put this porous nylon bag over the opening and tighten the draw string and then forcing air into the wedge from the bag is preposterous. I am over in Europe now with a useless wedge but when I get back home to the U.S., I will use a pump (purchased separately) to inflat and review it again on the merit of the pump.

The cushion is comfortable in use provided you have decent pillows support at the head end of the bed. The flocking on the cushion means that although it is inflatable, your legs do not get too hot and sweaty. We also tried it as a back rest and it was effective, if a little bit bulky. The major criticism is the size of the inflation port, it is designed to connect to a lilo pump. Fortunately, it has a non return valve so it can be inflated orally, but it takes a while. Perhaps a pump could be included or the need for one highlighted in the description?

I ordered this Inflatable Wedge Leg Pillow primarily as a backrest for reading in bed, but it’s become a daily hero for my feet, travel, and relaxation. Here’s why I’m thrilled:The Good:Multi-Purpose Magic: Use it as a backrest, leg elevation pillow, or even a travel cushion. The 45-degree incline is perfect for reducing swelling in my feet after long days—it actually works!Easy to Inflate & Pack: The dual-valve system is genius:Quick Inflation: Use the main valve with a pump (I use a small electric one) to blow it up in seconds.No-Leak Design: Close the middle valve halfway to keep air trapped while inflating—no frustrating deflation mid-pump!Sturdy & Comfy: The soft, durable fabric feels cozy against skin, and it holds air all night without sagging.Portable Perfection: Deflates to a compact size—ideal for tossing in a suitcase or storing under the bed.Affordable Relief: Far cheaper than specialty medical wedges but just as effective.Minor Note (Still 5 Stars!):Pump Not Included: You’ll need your own pump (battery/electric) with a narrow nozzle. Once inflated, though, it stays firm for days.Final Thoughts:This pillow is a game-changer for anyone with aching legs, back pain, or a need for versatile support. I’ve used it in bed, on the couch, and even on flights—it’s that handy. For the price, it’s a no-brainer. Stop hesitating and grab one—your feet (and back) will thank you! 🛌✨

Unfortunately, the item I received does not match the images in the listing. The air inlet hole does not include a clear plastic inset valve as pictured, and the hole is far too big for any hand pump or electric pump adapter. Nor is a suitable pump provided. The hole is also far too big for the pillow to be inflated manually by mouth. As such, I’m unable to inflate the pillow and cannot comment on its effectiveness. If I had bought this product, I would be returning it.

This inflatable cushion has been very helpful when my feet/ankles are aching. It's helped reduce swelling in my feet after a long work day. It’s easiest to inflate using a battery operated or electric pump with a proper fitting nozzle, which is not included. The fabric outside is soft and it holds air well.

Very nice inflatable wedge. Fills quickly with an electric air pump or other source of air with the right adaptor, and there are no leaks. The flocking is also soft against the skin, though I'll still cover it with a sheet or soft blanket when using it.The wedge is a good height when inflated, providing a nice amount of support to raise the legs, and it's comfortable especially when paired with another wedge behind the back.I also really appreciate the little nylon storage/travel bag that's included. It's a tight fit, but a great way to keep the wedge contained and somewhat protected when not in use.However... in order to deflate you have to pull the whole plug out of the wedge, which puts a LOT of strain on the area where the wedge material & plug connection meet. That section isn't reinforced in any meaningful way and the plug looked like it was going to pull out of the wedge entirely when I was trying to open it to deflate. I have real concerns that it won't hold up to multiple inflation/deflation cycles... I ordered this for use at night during a long distance move since I have debilitating spine issues and have to be in a modified zero gravity position, which I achieve with wedges. I expect the move to take at least 5 days (probably longer), so at least 5 cycles of inflating & deflating at hotels each night. I'd also like to be able to use it for several nights after the move, as well as for travel after the move, and I'm not confident this wedge can handle it because of that darn plug!I've had other inflatable wedges what were better reinforced at the plug, but most also utilize a center button within the plug that just has to be pressed in order to deflate the wedge, minimizing stress on the connection. I wish they'd made that choice with this wedge, it would be well worth the additional dollar or two in cost.I really hope my concerns are unfounded, but that connection is very weak & should be reinforced, or better yet the plug swapped out entirely for the push button option in the next iteration. Will try to update this review after the move re longevity of the connection.

Sorry not so happy as it is my fault I guess for not reading the reviews or whatever but was very disappointed to see there was no pump. Pretty useless until I can get one.

This pillow is NOT as shown in the pictures about the product. There is no adapter included for inflating it. It’s just a hole about 1.5 inches wide. I returned my first one after chatting with Amazon customer service who agreed that it was not as shown. Well, today I received the replacement and it is exactly like the first one. Since I want this for travel, finding and carrying a pump for inflating isn’t practical for me. I’m returning this one too and will find another product. I’ll include a picture of what the pillow I received looks like.

Here is my Wife's personal review for the wedge. The portable inflatable wedge is great for my feet and back. It blows up really easily and there’s two different ways to do it. You can open it completely for blowing up or deflating, but you can close the little middle part and you can still blow it up and it doesn’t deflate so it makes blowing it up really simple. I just use the blow dryer on the cool setting to push air into it and it blows up in seconds. It relieves pressure and reduces the swelling in my feet. And helps my back for when I’m sitting up in bed watching TV or playing on my laptop or switch.
