Very nice futon to sit on and sleep in. Took 2 people 3 hours to assembled though.It’s not that easy from bed back to sitting position, but I love the firmness of the mattress.

I finally find the hardware package.the hardware packed in three different boxes. one is hidden in the side and packed with cardboard. it is easy to missingsuggest that use transparent plastic package and all the hardware in one bag.and better has custom service in weekend

The futon is easiest with two people putting it together. Make sure you don’t over tighten the sides before installing the frame.This is real wood and very sturdy. The mattress is firm and is best with a pillow style mattress pad to sleep comfortably. I got one at target for 40 bucks (don’t go too cheap on this). We will just be getting a bigger mattress cover to go over the pad and mattress. We love it as an extra space for people to sleep.

We purchased this for a guest room/office, so 'occasional use'. Our first guests said it was firm but comfortable.Assembly was not difficult, but would have been easier with a second person. Solid, quality construction.We just purchased in December 2021, so we haven't enough time to see how it wears over time.We are quite pleased with our purchase so far.

Needed a new futon for our basement that was large enough and comfortable for guests to sleep on. Easy to assemble. The mattress is nice an thick to where I can't touch my feet to the ground when sitting on it. I would say o ly downfall, which it's a bad thing, is that it is difficult to change to couch when laying flat due to the mattress thickness.

Nice futon. Sturdy and comfortable. Husband and wife team made it through the assembly process without having to contact a divorce attorney, so that's a plus. Though, I must admit, it was touch-and-go there for a hot sec.

We shopped seven or eight large furniture stores for a sleeper sofa or futon for my wife's upstairs art room and were frustrated by the low quality, uncomfortable beds we found. We were delighted to find this one on Amazon. It is heavyweight solid wood with a very comfortable 8" thick full queen size mattress. I was very impressed how every piece and fastener is engineered for strength. Assembly took a few hours, but was not difficult. The instructions are incredibly well organized and illustrated. Every piece has multiple labels showing what it is, which way it goes and which way is up.

This futon looks great and was easy to put together. I've read in the past how some people felt is was difficult. Not my experience. I put it together in a few hours by myself. Instructions only have pictures and yet it was easy to build. We do like the solid wood used.There was no damage from shipping. I think some have mentioned a problem with that.My wife likes because it matches our wood floors and looks great. Very comfortable. I gave it a 4 because it is a futon and we ended up getting a 3" mattress pad.
