I bought this to install when a child broke off the fitted spout at a rental unit. I was able to slip this spout on without having to hire a plumber for an expensive fix.

does the job well. 5/8" size drama from the other comment is just 1/2" copper pipe measured on the outside

Kohler product quality is #1. Product description is a Zero. Clearly states this is a slip-fit connection. I bought it and 'ASSUMED' 1/2" copper, otherwise 3/4" copper. Its labeled 5/8. What in the world is a 5/8" slip fit connection. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
