Maybe a bit overkill but I used this cable to direct connect a solar attic fan motor to a PV panel since the integrated panel had failed. It more than did the job. However, If I plan to do a whole house PV installation this is the cable I'll be looking for as it appears to be rated for 600v. The stranded conductor is 10 AWG and appears to be tin or silver coated copper. I don't know how flexible it is in cold weather as I'm situated South of Florida. The 2 outer layers of insulation seem quite durable, I hope they hold up to ravages of the sun. The included 2 sets of connectors are of good quality however I did not use them in my installation. The cable came well packaged in an anti-static mylar bag and the wire gauge measures as advertised.

Cables work fine. Connection between solar panels and charge controller. Length is exactly right for my installation.

10 gauge x 30 foot cables work fine. They appear to be what they are advertised as. They allow my 100 watt solar panel to connect to the charge controller and have the standard connectors. The insulation is extra thick, to make them look fatter. This makes the cables unnecessarily stiff and less manageable, but everyone else is doing it too. Pretty much impossible to find pliable cables at a decent price.
