As I said, light is very bright, but it can be dimmed, and the color (heat) can be changed. I bought one for a poorly illuminated bedroom. I liked it so much, I placed an order for another one and mounted it above the dinner table. Buy this light, you will not be disappointed.

This light has 3 modes & a dimmer slide bar. Very bright or nightlight setting. Was easy to install & work with functionality. Lightweight, dimensions were correct & fit great! Looks nice and price was great!

These are side lit so one row of LEDs down each long side not as much light out put as you could get out of the size of the fixture but it'll work installation was pretty easy just wire it up and a few screws I like the fact that it's multi temperature. Seems like good value for the money though my guess is they should last quite a while and they look clean.

We needed the low profile for tv clearance...works perfect for that location, there are to many buttons on it witch makes it hard to turn on at night without you knowing witch button to make it turn on...that's why I wouldn't buy another one.
