Been using Komelon self locking tapes a long time so I wanted to try them when I purchased a new measuring wheel for estimating. Product itself is solid, works great, and does the job well. My main gripe would be the sloppiness of the measuring wheel, as it rocks back and forth with the slightest movement so does the measurement. I did not find this on previous measuring wheels. Not a huge issue, but do keep an eye on the counter prior to starting a measurement to make sure it is zeroed out.

We use these for almost every job. They are foldable and the wheel isn't too big. Works very well to keep in the vehicle.

Gear drive misaligned and will not engage to measure anything after one field trip with it. I'm pretty dissappointed. Maybe a lemon, maybe not.
