Great piece of kit for videographers and photographers.Loving mine so far. Super versatile. I use mine for weddings and hiking a ton. I put a ball head ontop and a metal mini tripod on the bottom and now i have a super versatile camera system.

Great little monopod at an amazing price! Remarkably compact and very light, yet extremely sturdy and rigid even when fully extended. At full extension, exhibits remarkably little "flex" for a tall monopod, providing the leg clamps are securely tightened. Feels very premium, the anodising (black and orange in my case) is very well finished, it is very smooth to extend, and the leg clamps feel very sturdy and strong. Extending to about 1 metre (keeping the thinnest sections closed) makes this a very strong "walking pole", though it is obviously not designed for this. Works well as a "system monopod" due to the unscrewable and removable top platform and bottom ferrule/spike. Only minor gripes are the laughably oversized case, the rather useless "belt holster" and the mild annoyance that the spike cannot be transported within the monopod itself. But overall, it's a very high quality piece of kit, at an amazing price (or it was when I purchased it on Amazon, price may have changed). Very satisfied, top marks!

It's compact, but a little flimsy. When I opened it all the way, the first two "legs' fell out and the white plastic piece inside feel apart but it was easy to put together. I would expect it to be more sturdy but overall it's nice.

I’ve been using this as my “travel tripod” for my Canon EF 500mm f/4L IS USM (8.5lb). It folds up nice and small and doesn’t weigh much so it’s great for travel and is plenty sturdy for my camera/lens. I fit it with the head from a lightweight shooting stick and it works beautifully for me while photographing birds at feeders/water drips and doesn’t block trails and the local birding hotspots.

This is the first time I have owned a monopod for photography and I purchased it to be used as a hiking stick and monopod so I can reduce my packing space. It telescopes down to about 16.5" with the pointed tip attached. Should fit into most medium sized backpacks. I have attached my small digital camera and tested height adjustments and it will work well for various positions. In two weeks, I will take this hiking stick/monopod to Iceland and give it a good field test. So far, I am very satisfied with the mechanics, the options, and the construction.

Extremely portable (length closed 15.25"), very quickly elongated or shortened (leg segments do not rotate and tightening rings promptly click open and click to notify you they are tight), does not flex and supports heavy camera/lens combinations. The length can quickly be adjusted during vertical stance camera use by fixed max extension of the lower segments and only adjusting the upper section extension. The price is very low compared to the quality of this monopod. Great product. Outperforms other brands monopods costing $100 and above.

Will be using on new camera, just bought for a trip out of the country. Haven't used it with the camera yet but impressed with the quality of the monopod and the sturdy bag and belt case. Also would make a sturdy defense weapon, at the ready on your hip. Good quality item at a very affordable price.

It worked great for the first month but now I have 2 sections coming apart and when they do there are pieces that fall off that I can't find now. It doesn't go back together again and not fall apart again.
