Well built and solid.Aligns with "standard" Kenwood charger contact positions.I will modify it for another Kenwood radio - a TH-G7, with a KN39B battery for which I cannot find a charging dock. I will be reversing the polarity and padding the slot a bit.

It only charges when you slam it just right. Then once it is charged, you have to figure out how to dislodge the metal connectors from the battery.

Worked like a charm. Loved the fact it had suppression on line while other models did not. LED is recessed and cannot be seen from a distance. Overall, great value.

I wish it came with instructions. Maybe it worked. I couldn't tell. It didn't charge the batteries I had on hand. The lights always stayed off when I dropped in a battery pack
