Great product I can connect from anywhere in the world. I use it from Dubai for my home in Florida. It's almost instant. I will note that you must have 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to connect it to the Wi-Fi. I also bought this cover to make sure no one messes with it.

Some Kucacci locks require this gateway, but others require a TuYa (the Nice Digi units) so be sure to check. In my situation I needed both.

Happy with the look, setup, quality and function of this product. Works as we hoped. The fingerprint is not the most accurate all the time but overall still good. The related TTLock mobile app that this device uses is good and works well.

gateway does not work. the insructions do not match the application for the deadbolt. company does not provide support options. dont waste your money.

Super easy to install and connect with the locks. App could use a UX pass, but otherwise pretty straightforward.

El Producto es bueno pero lo debe instalar un técnico o alguien con conocimientos ya que no trae manual de instrucciones, lo que seria muy importante incluyeran. Yo he configurado varios hubs ,ninguno de esta marca pero en general es bueno,

Cómo ven en las fotos, la etiqueta se ve muy desgastada y el sello improvisado con un papel medio roto que dice "made in China".No abrí ni siquiera el producto así que no puedo opinar sobre la calidad. Mi opinión es sólo sobre el empaque y cómo llegó el producto. Lo devolví y estoy esperando la devolución de mi dinero.
