On one of the controllers, the R1 button was sticking. I contacted the seller and they promptly shipped a replacement controller. As for the controllers themselves, my boys love them!

Bought these for my brother in law for Christmas…. And only one of the controllers works and other will not charger or power on.. would love a replacement for the faulty controller…

Even though the controller is beautifully crafted and holds true to the visuals on the site when it was shipped out I had a previously noted issue the blue one came with the stubborn R1 it presses down every so often and even goes inside shell fully before registering a full input but beyond that it's a great product,Here comes the however,HOWEVER The Directional pad sits a little to low meaning it registers two Down inputs even with the softest presses
