The kids are loving this. TBH, I had no idea how it worked but I know they love to game so thought we'd give it a try and see what they think. It connected up to the gaming PC without any issue and they've been playing with it nonstop, so it must be pretty good.

This is advertised to work on ps4. It will not work on a PS5 and is not advertised to. I always see the pros using these in tournaments and wanted to give it a try. It's super smooth and responsive. The cord could be longer but depending on how close you play it might be perfect. If you never used one of these, there is a learning curve. It looks so simple when I see people using it online but I can't pull off moves with ease. It responds to all my commands but I'm too slow using it. It is definitely something you need to dedicate to learn how to use if you want an advantage. I was trying it with marvel vs capcom collection and I was not able to pull off combos like I normally can with a joy stick. It's not the fault of the controller but my skill. I'll stick with it and see what happens. The build quality is great and it's smooth. Give it a try.

My issues are simple. The layout for the buttons isn't optimal at all. They gambled and in the end the generic layout is much cleaner and has a few buttons in better spots for right hand thumb and left hand thumb. The buttons are decent quality. LEDs can be turned off as they look tacky. On the fly custom buttons modding works perfect. Worked on all the labeled supported devices right away or with only a few hotkey presses.

I was initially skeptical about these new leverless all-button arcade controls, but after trying this controller, I’m now a full believer. While I’m no expert in arcade fighters, I’ve spent enough time with retro and modern fighting games to appreciate the design and features of this build.Build Quality & Setup: From the moment I picked it up, the controller felt premium and solid. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable that’s around 3 feet long—perfect for PC but a bit short for my Switch setup (fortunately, I had a longer cable on hand). The controller was recognized instantly by my PC, and everything checked out flawlessly on a gamepad tester. Each button was responsive, and activating the turbo function was straightforward.Features & Functionality: One standout feature is the OLED screen, which shows every input in real time—so helpful for verifying that all buttons are functioning as they should. The red switches have a smooth, short actuation distance that feels similar to a keyboard’s red switches, giving satisfying feedback without the loud clicks of some gamepads. The controller supports multiple input modes (Switch, Dinput, Xinput, PS4, and Keyboard) and offers 3 directional control modes along with SOCD cleaning, ensuring no accidental directional conflicts. For more advanced users, there’s a web configurator, and the “P5 Boot Steps” setting adds versatility for PlayStation users (though I haven’t tested it on PS4/PS5 yet).LED Lighting & Ergonomics: The LED lighting is a nice touch, and I find the multi-colored option useful for finger positioning—great for finding that muscle memory in intense matchups!Overall Impression: If you’re serious about improving your fighting game skills, this controller is a fantastic tool. It’s well-built, highly responsive, and gives you an edge with its precise controls and customization options. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to step up their game!

My entry into the leverless world was with a Snack Box Micro that I've upgraded over the years. I like them so much that I've had several at one point! Though I still enjoy using my old MadCatz TE whenever I feel like playing with an actual stick, there's no denying the convenience, precision, and customizability of leverless. The explosion of these types of controllers on the market has been such a boon in my eyes, especially now that they've become quite affordable and seemingly run on the same open-source firmware (GP2040-CE). Perhaps the mechanical keyboard community is partially to thank? Regardless, I've paid way more in the past for something like this. My Snack Box Micro has nicer LED modes and potentially PS5/Xbox Series support, but that's about it. As a PC player, this yoxxzus leverless is a MUCH better deal.In the box, you receive the controller, a small guide, a USB-C cable, and a few extra accessories. You get a spare OUTEMU GTMX Red low-profile switch, a button/switch puller, two extra buttons, and a black and red nub to customize the smaller menu buttons up top. There's also a pack of eight silicone feet that I'd recommend you place near the screws rather than over them since you'll probably want to be able to disassemble the controller at some point. As far as features go, there's a lot here. For one, it's larger than the more compact versions out there which makes it more comfortable for playing on your lap and offers a bit more breathing room to rest your palms. The layout includes some additional, non-standard buttons that you can program with various shortcuts on a per-game basis or via the firmware. In Street Fighter 6, a couple of them are already mapped to dummy recording/playing functionality. I haven't messed with the turbo mode or touchpad button, so you'll have to explore more on your own. There are a few customizable LED modes and a lovely display that shows your inputs in real time. The GP2040-CE website is a great place to look up more information. The stick ships with firmware that defaults to SOCD Neutral and XInput out of the box, so if you run into problems using this on PC you will likely need to install Xbox 360 drivers or change the controller mode to a different console like PS4.If you're looking to add custom artwork from somewhere like Focus Attack, this appears to be a clone of the HAUTE42 Haute Pad T16. I haven't placed an order to confirm if it's 100% identical, but that would be a good place to start if I haven't updated this review with my own findings in the future!
