Beautiful! However, I don't recommend filling them with too many items. One reindeer fell overnight and broke off an antler.

These are not your average stocking hangers. They are beautiful, heavy, and a good size. We only have 2 stockings so they will be a nice accent to our mantel. Yes, they are expensive, but they will hold up forever!

The hook for the stocking is set back on the base too far. Once the stocking was filled, the weight unbalanced the reindeer. It is a nice looking piece, but I need functionality as well. Its entire purpose is to hold a stocking, so I had to give it a poor review. If you are just looking for a decretive holder, this will work for a medium to lightweight stocking. I do have a stocking that is too heavy for it though! Very sad. This can be fixed by the manufacturer, by moving the hook to the outside of the platform so that the base can solidly fit on your mantle, furniture, etc., but is NOT something you can fix at home. (Unless you can saw and solder it back together.) IF you have a shelf with a clear 90 degree angle, this will work better for you. Beveled edges are a problem though, no doubt.
