These really don't work with my fireplace mantel they are not tight enough on the ledge underside. But they seem to of held a decent amount without braking but the little hook part where you put the stocking is not curved enough and the stockings wanna slide off of it

I didn’t think through this purchase and brought the wrong kind that didn’t fit with my mantle, so I had to use it on this shelf. Seems pretty sturdy would be good for people who really “deck the halls” because the plastic obviously gives a cheap aesthetic. This is a very functional product, so I give it a high rating. I was worries that it wouldn’t actually hold the stockings, but my son’s is very heavy, and it still holds well. If it worked for my mantle style, this would have been perfect. I think it works for most situations
