This thing is comically bad. I had hopes that maybe this was going to be one of those mind blowing products but the only thing I see blowing is this thing... into the river.. poles smacking you in the head on its way down. The fabric I can tell you probably wouldn't last a season if you even were to keep it on the kayak. I'm sending this back for sure.

Attached and used these in the scorching southern sun. Perfect! It took some finessing to figure out how to attach them to our kayaks, but after reading some other reviews, we came up with a good solution with pvc sheaths. Made the "tent poles" much sturdier, particularly when we ran into some gnarly winds. GREAT BUY! Lots of compliments too!

My son saw a video showing this canopy being converter into a shade for our 3 wheel recumbent bikes. It works great. We can bike in just about any weather with this canopy stretched over our heads. It is easy to take down and fits in a very small storage bag.

I have Intex K1 Excursion inflatable kayak and this worked great. The kayak came with fishing rod holders so I used PVC to help give canopy poles more structure and I also didn’t extend the legs out all the way to make it a little lower profile. I am a leisure kayak person so I just wanted a way to keep sun off my shoulders while I was out on the lake paddling around. Don’t know how this will hold up in strong winds but I don’t plan on using it that way. This worked great for me and was worth the money.

This sunshade was easy to assemble but a little tricky to tie down. My wife has Lupus so she can't tolerate too much sun, and we live in Florida. This shade let us stay out on the water quite a bit longer than when she has no shade. Thinking I might get another for me. Definitely recommend.

This is flimsy but easy to instal. This will not work well if there is a slight breeze; but it does provide some shade.

I repurposed this canopy for use on a recumbent trike. It was fairly easy to adapt and is working well. The sewing on the canopy itself is a little out of whack (it doesn't hug the curved parts as well as I would like, but it is not really an issue) but it seems to be well made and the aluminum poles are sturdy and I really like the shock cording. The color helps to make me stand out to motorists. For the price, I don't think you will find a better deal. It is as the seller describes!
