This has been working great for muscle relaxation and recovery. It's freestanding design makes it easy to move around, and it’s great for cold water therapy and training. I've been really enjoying using it.

I haven’t used this as an ice tub yet, but I did use it for a mini hot tub. My bathroom is under renovation so I don’t have a tub at the moment so I filled it up with warm water and I took a hot bath for the first time in a year And it held up perfectly well. It’s nice and sturdy. I didn’t feel like the material was too thin and it drained out really easily and I think if this is going to be used, it’s a great product. I would definitely recommend it.

This Large Cold Plunge Tub has a spacious and comfortable design suitable for adults. With a 29-inch inner diameter and a height of 29.5 inches it provides ample room for a full body soak. I like that it is made from eco-friendly non-toxic materials ensuring safety and comfort while being free from harmful chemicals. The tub has multi layered construction with waterproof PVC. The Nylon helps maintain cold temperatures for hours making it perfect for cold therapy. The setup is easy and it comes with a portable carry bag for added convenience. Also, it feels durable but best to avoid extreme cold or direct sunlight to preserve its longevity. If the tub is accidentally punctured it comes with repair patches for minor fixes. One drawback to keep in mind is that the tub can be a bit challenging to store in smaller spaces as it requires a larger area for setup and proper storage after use. However, for anyone looking for a portable and effective cold plunge experience this tub provides great value and flexibility.

The size I got was definitely a little too small for me (6' 3"). So if you are around my size, you may want to look at the larger options. The material and quality is what you would expect for this price.

This makes an ice bath TOO easy - no need for a larhe, clonky, expensive tub. This one easily inflates and comes with a nice top. Quality, thick material. Sturdy. Cannot say better things about this tub. Makes it so easy to incorporate this therapy into your life whether you are at home or on vacay. Cannot beat $55!

Tried it out today.Very easy to set up, just like the video shows. The picture shows an inflatable lid, that's not what it is, the video will give you everything you need to see.Took me about 10 minutes to set it up, and about 15 minutes to fill up .I put all the ice I had in it, which was about a bucket. I live in a very hot climate, so it didn't take long to melt. When I went in it was still very cold,I'm assuming at about 60-65 degrees. It fit me (6',230 pounds) comfortably. The material is dual layer, I was actually thinking I could blow it up, but there was no entry point.Had fun with it as a family.

While I would say the picture makes it a little bigger than it actually is, it's still definitely big enough to get the job done. Living in a very hot southern location in the united states, nearly nothing feels better than hopping into this little pool filled with nice and cold water. It seems to be fairly sturdily made, though thisis the first one i've ever owned so I've nothing to directly compare it too when it comes to that. If it should break at some point I will come back and update the review. If you're looking for a plunge pool that can easily be packed up and taken elsewhere(once drained of course) then I'd say this one could be the right fit for you

The tub's spacious design allows for full-body submersion, making it perfect for muscle relaxation and post-workout recovery. Crafted from environmentally friendly materials, it's both durable and safe for regular use. Setting it up was straightforward, and the tub's portability means I can use it indoors or outdoors, depending on my preference. The cold water immersion has noticeably reduced my muscle soreness and improved my overall recovery time.

OK, so setting it up was easy now granted I live in a very hot state so although the water I put in was cold give literally an hour and the water became warmer (outside was 100) . Now it wasn’t like the same temperature as outside, but it just makes me aware that it isn’t as insulated as I think it probably should be but at the same time this is just a more affordable version. And to be honest, I’m not in there for an hour or so. It’s hard for me to find a real complaint. Is definitely suitable for one person and I appreciated having a carry-on bag or you know a bag. And a lid. Anyway, I definitely think that this is a good in the meantime or if you just don’t have as much space and it can’t be up all the time. Personally, this way for me because I don’t wanna see this in my backyard all day long but it’s nice to have it and have the ability to cold plunge. Also, it allows me to bring it to other places and also my family can borrow. Yeah there is no like quality problem with this products and it came well packaged .

This cold plunge tub is true to the size in the ads and videos—I am 230 lb adult male and I fit into it without issue. Now, is there room to stretch out? Not really, but lets remember that this is a portable cold plunge tub, it is not a hot tub for relaxing and stretching out.Right now is the perfect time of year for this product (April in Southern Ontario). It is cold enough that I can reuse the water multiple times before refilling and without having to add much ice. I imagine once mid-summer hits, if the water is left in this black tub for more than a day (even covered), it will be more like a tropical hot tub experience rather than a ice plunge. So, I expect to empty and refill the tub (as well as make way more ice in my freezer) far more often in the summer, as starting with cold hose water gets one much closer to an ice plunge than trying to cool down water that has been sitting in a black tub in 32 degree (celcius = 90 F) heat for a day or two—but one can't control mother nature. The tub itself is built with quality materials and doesn't feel like a cheap product at all. I would expect this product to last years if properly cared for and maintained. I expect one might be asking, why pay that amount when I could just fill my bathroom tub with cold water and ice? Well, I like the idea of doing my cold plunges outside. I also like that this product is portable. However, remember that if you take this camping for example, you are going to have to be close to a water source with a hose attachement. This would take painfully long to fill by individual bucket loads carried from a water source. So, is it really portable? Only if there is a hose nearby and ice to purchase by the bag.Again, this is a quality tub made out of sturdy, well manufactured materials. I have decided it is worth having in order to do my ice plunges outside. Does it do something that you can't do in a bathtub? The answer is not at all.If you have the expendable income and like an outdoor ice plunge experience, then I highly recommend this product. If you are on a budget and don't have $100 to throw around—a bathtub will work just fine as well.
