9/14/2024: Dog Pool, Foldable Dog Pool, 32 x 8 Inch Portable Dog Pet Pool, Bathing Tub Dog Pool, Doggie Wading Pool for Puppy Dogs Cats (32 x 8 Inch，Red)This is a cute little doggy pool. The new puppy likes to get in her water bowls and scratch at the water, so we thought she might like this pool. We've only filled it up with maybe an inch of water so far since she's still a puppy and we don't know if she'd like being submerged, but we'll see how it goes.It folds up nicely for storage -- I wasn't able to get it to fold quite as well as it was when it arrived, but it was pretty close. It takes up very little space when folded. You have to make sure it's totally dry before you fold it though, since if water gets trapped in there it could lead to bad odors. The drain on the side helps with getting all the water out. It isn't all the way at the bottom of the pool, but it would let out enough water that you can then lift up the pool to pour the rest out.It is a small pool, suitable only for very small dogs (or bigger dogs who like to squeeze into small spaces.) Seems durable enough for a small dog.

I got this as a wildlife pool for turtles, salamanders, frogs, fish, etc, but on unfolding it and feeling the bottom, it is clear that this pool needs gentle treatment, I may end up lining the interior with a tarp or pond liner. Otherwise, it is waterproof so long as the waterproof membrane doesn't tear, and is portable, easy to take down and drain/set up. In short, this cannot live up to dogs playing or even standing in it for long, it should be rebranded as a kid pool instead.

Our foster dog will not get in an inground pool, even with a life jacket on. But we wanted an option for him to be able to cool off when he was outside in the summer months. It turns out, this little doggy pool is the perfect answer to our dilemma. This foldable 32" x 8" PVC pool is so easy to unfold and set up. It has a quick drain valve that makes it simple to drain all the water out. When we set this up, we had to get our foster dog used to going in it, so we kept the water to a bare minimum. As he got used to it, we added more and more water, and now he goes in and out of it with no problems. It's a cool and refreshing place for him to lay down and get his belly cooled off, which is what he likes to do when he is overheated. This is a great little pool to have outside in the warmer, summer months; the only thing you need to do is make sure you keep your dogs nails trimmed per the manufacturer's instruction to prevent damage to your pool.

UPDATE: After only two days, water has seeped into the pockets where the panels are. I guess they are cardboard, because they are melting, and starting to collapse. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a bus box (like they use to bus tables in restaurants) on the deck for my dog. She loves to cool off in it, but when she flops down into it, all the water sloshes out, because she fills up the whole box! This little pool is exactly the right size. Small enough to mostly fit under the table so we don't trip over it, but big enough she can get in and splash around without dumping all the water out. I like the drain plug because my hands are all arthritic now, and I can't lift enough weight to dump a big hard plastic baby pool anymore. This will be perfect. My hope is that it will last a couple of seasons, and be easy to store over winter.

We got this to offset the heat we've been having and both my puppers love it. My little Water bug jumped right in and been hogging the pool its the perfect size for him to even lay down in. My big guy Malamute walk through it and is happy to have some cool feet and maybe a sit down.The foldable gives you easy storage options it will fit anywhere. We got a pool cover for it now so we are able to keep filled and clean for the next day. The quality show through with this items very strong and very forgiven with my Nordic pups double nails. The drain plug worked with no leakage once I reset it from factory setting. Just a quick turn and it's draining fast. We place that drain side on the low end of the ground so water flows towards it. We live in Arizona where yes, it is a dry heat but also 115.This pool is perfect. It set up easily, several (3 got into it at the same time. They were able to run, bounce and hop in and out of it.The water got dirty quickly which was expected but they had a ton of fun & I quickly realized who was a water dog!

I was hoping the pool would be bigger but it wasn’t. Not bad especially for smaller spaces. My dogs like playing in it as expected.
