Bought it for an ice bath to see where my plunge is at on average. This thing will not go below 60° even tho the numbers go lower. 200lbs of ice in a 120 gallon tub has to be colder than that.

This worked great and was accurate. Unfortunately after a few days my dog felt like it was a floating dog toy. It got chewed up.

I really like this thermometer. I go to a water aerobics class and we use it to check the temperature of the pool. The pool was so cold and they kept telling us it was the right temperature and we proved to them it was not, there was a heater issue.

This is working in our ice bath, exactly as we need it to. The numbers are a bit smaller and a little hard to see for my husband and I have to squint, but we figure it out.It seems spot on on the temperature.

I compared the temperature reading to the reading on a calibrated thermometer. This thermometer was about 1 degree fahrenheit higher. Not to shabby for a floating pool thermometer. Or the price!
