Very vibrant and bright colors! This projects the prettiest colors, and is powerful enough to light an entire room! I can't wait to get this in the pool and hot tub this summer, we also use it in the bathtub in the meantime. It definitely makes bath and pool time so much more fun for the kiddos! It charges quickly in the sun and has a variety of color and pattern choices.

The thermometer can be set to Fahrenheit or Celsius and the digital readout screen is quite large and on the top of the floating disc so you can read it easily. It charged up fairly quickly even though we have had days of rainy and densely overcast skies. I am using it in an inground pool. It has a hole through one side so you can tie a lanyard to it easily. But the "light show" doesn't really show up. There are several choices of color, either multi color or mono and you can pick red, blue, white or yellow I think. I picked multi color and it does change through all the colors and blends in between, but "light show" does not look anything like the big patterns shown. I could have missed a "mode" when clicking the mode button, but I found two modes and one was pretty small and dim pattern , and the other was smaller and dimmer. It could be that its floating in a large inground pool instead of a hot tub or small above ground pool that the reflections of the lights don't show up that great, or, like I said, it could be that I missed a mode. I needed a floating thermometer that was easy to read so I don't care too much that the lightshow isn't all that great. I will fish it out and check the mode later after a day or two of clear skies and sun and see if stronger charge makes a difference or if I goofed up the settings. So my review is "its okay and does what I need" but disappointing so I only gave it 3 stars.

You can tell how well made it is right out of the box. It has a big screen so it’s easy to read. The light show is a nice bonus. It has several different lighting settings so you can enjoy your pool or hot tub at night. It’s small enough for a hot tub without getting in the way.I really like it.
