I was expecting a bit smaller size but this one is big which is good as I can inspect and see more details. This is made really well and feels durable. I teach medicine and this is of great educational value. The heart is highly detailed and made in full color which gives excellent information for my students. Good value for money for everything it offers.

This is an amazingly detailed replica of a human heart. It's made out of wooden material and the colors are vibrant. I love that each part of the model is numbered, corresponding to the explanatory sections of the manual. I love that it's 3x life size. You don't have to squint to see the detail that went into making this model. This is a very well-made model for anyone interested in learning more about the human heart.

The 3X size does not work well.Unit has a very high chemical smell to it, which does not make it an attractive item to keep around.The shipping box that it came in, you could tell it was a re-used box likely from a prior return.The parts are number labelled which is helpful but cannot get past the chemical smell, which has this time has smelled up the whole house, had to move it to the garage until I can ship it back.Returning the item. I don't recommend it.

This Axis Scientific heart model is 3x life-size, 3 parts. It’s numbered, shows 34 structures—comes with a manual. The pieces connect with magnets, snap apart easy. Plastic’s firm, details are clear—veins, chambers marked. It’s big, sits steady on a desk. The manual lists parts, helps study. No cracks after handling. Great for learning anatomy—visual, not flimsy. Compared to smaller models, this shows more in greater detail. Magnets align well, no loose fits. Paint’s even, no chips yet. Excellent for anatomical study, just make sure you have room for it, this model is the size of a watermelon!
