This seems like a decent quality tool. I only have a small job where a tree once stood and its going to take a few more goes which is why I ordered this. I figure it will take me about 4 or 5 goes to level my spot so probably all summer before I'm done.The construction of this seems solid and the hardware and design made it easy to put together. If I had to do a whole yard I would probably want a wider tool that I could pull behind a lawn tractor but for small and medium jobs this fits. If it breaks before I complete this job I will updated but I don't think it will.If you need to level some spots in your lawn you can't go wrong with this tool especially if you are going to mix sand and soil like me. Using a brush broom is fine for sand but not easy for soil.

It’s big! But it has to be to get good results. Strong too. Easy to use. I was able to use it one handed post-shoulder surgery, but I’m stubborn like that (and fidgety). Pre-op, I had started a project installing a geo -grid to firm up and prevent wheel ruts on my driveway. I had scalped the area and installed the grid, but the area needed to be leveled and backfilled. Since plans never go as planned, nothing timed out right including my arranged help. So after a giant pile of back fill showed up with rain on the forecast… lawn leveler to the rescue! I simply had to drag the rake behind me and my handi-capable self leveled 5 yards of dirt in an afternoon. The yard looks great and level. It’s well constructed. Metal rake head. Metal handle joiners. Fasteners go all the way through, no unthreading of the handle as it’s used. If you have a high spot, work it back and forth. It’s like sanding down the lumps. Want a slope? Just glide it and work your material where you need it. The wide head makes the transitions look amazing.

This is great tool for leveling your yard. My yard is established so I cut it shorter than normal. Then I used a bedding sand to level it up. My only suggestion would be to use a finer sand or mix with a soft soil.

Missing the large bolt that connects the handle to the leveling tool itself other than that seems to be a fairly well-made tool.

Returned for replacement. Middle pole missing hole to attached top section of pole.Second unit arrived. Everything fits as expected. Very pleased with overall sturdiness of assembled unit.
