This was really great quality! I bought it as a gift for my BF and everything functions well and looks good! He loves it and now doesn’t have to worry about his bonsai tree dying! (I still don’t know if it is even real or not lol)

I've had this product for about a month. I came home from work today, and the lights were out. I thought I had forgotten to turn it on. I turned it on, and within an hour or so, it went out again. Now, it won't turn on at all. There are a couple of other items plugged into the same surge protector, and they are on and working fine. I wanted to contact the vendor for a replacement, but my window is closed, and I don't see any other options. I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been using these lights for a while now, and I am very happy. The three ring light mechanism covers a lot of area, so it's super convenient, and my plants seems to be doing very well. The timer function is also very reliable. The only time I have to reset it is if the power goes out, but that's no fault of the product.

Edited 12/22/24: this company has fabulous customer service. I was contacted and notified that the issue was likely the power cord, and was offered a replacement cord, full light replacement, or refund. They also offered to send an extra power cord if I buy their products in the future. It sounds like they’ve identified the issue in a batch of these products and have solved the issue. If that’s the case, I would recommend them, as I did like the light a lot prior to it breaking and the customer service was fabulous.Original review: I liked this light a lot when I set it up, but now after only a few months of use, it won’t turn on. When I push the button, the lights faintly flicker like it’s trying to turn on, but then they go off again. This was way too expensive to only get a few months out of. Can’t recommend, unfortunately.
