I have a 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV that recently started experiencing the dreaded Cue touchscreen failure. When I called the dealer, I was quoted around $1400 to replace the screen—unbelievable! I decided to look online for alternatives and found this screen made by Liamorfe. For this price point, I had to give it a try. There are some excellent how-to videos available online to assist with installation, which was very helpful. The screen itself is well-made and shipped in a protective foam box to prevent damage during transit. It looks identical to the OEM screen it’s replacing, and the cable hookup is the same. The touch functionality is back to working order, and I haven't noticed any dead spots on the display. The money I saved by purchasing this screen and installing it myself is amazing, and it's an exceptional value! It did take about 3 hours to install and required basic knowledge of tool use, but if you aren't afraid to tackle this job, it's well worth the savings over dealer prices. I am extremely pleased that I found this!

Looks good works as expected I did the install in about three hours. Was careful not to break scratch or damage my vehicle unit works well better then the one I replaced that was dealer installed.
