Add a lock, I have not gotten to this step but apparently people steel shackles & hitch recevers, I put anti seize & use tools for pressure & had 0 problems... also I've pulled out 5 vehicles out so far using this... slightest rust on handled pieces

Inexpensive yet well made. Perfect for 99% of people who aren't professional tow truck drivers. Only used it once so far but it is the right tool for the job. Don't wrap the recovery strap over the ball hitch where it could pop off, just buy this and you won't have to worry. It is small enough that it fits in one of the cubby holes in the back. If you have room for the recovery strap, this will fit.

Came packaged well and is very well built. My only complaint is you can not rotate the unit because it only has one hole not two as shown. I would drill another hole but its a solid steel 2" thick.
