Link looks to be real, but I emailed Factory 55 themselves and they confirm that the pin that holds the eyelet is NOT SUPPOSED to be magnetic, I just a magnet to mine and it sticks very strong. Use with caution, not sure whats going on. I bought 2 different ones, one had the pin in a separate sealed bag, and this one had it installed. BEWARE

Solid. Feels heavy. Pulled a Truck 70 feet with no problem. Everything I’ve read says Factor 55 is one of the top brands. That’s one of the main reasons I got this one. I am very happy with this Winch Shackle.

Extremely tough and lightweight. I could carry 10 of these for the weight of one D ring. Easy to hookup and much safer too. Tough finish great looks. If you wheel and winch on the regular, you need one of these

Great product sits flush and has rubber pads on both sides to keep it from rattling around. The quality is excellent too!

Haven't test it yet but everything about it excellent. Powdered coating or paint is excellent. They also include a certified structural strenght test done. Its a 5 star from me. If your know factor55 they have excellent quality and great products. They are also to the most highest standard for their product.

Product is build well, easy install which means easy for someone to steal it. Factor 55 should have come up with secure way to avoid someone walking away with it quite easily.

The Factor 55 winch shackle was purchased to use in place of the factory hook that came with my winch. This product comes in several colors, I chose red because it looks great on my truck. You will need to use split-ring pliers in order to attach it to a winch line, I found it was easy to attach. Thieves will find it difficult to steal this shackle, unlike the factory hook that is secured with a cotter pin. The fact that this which shackle is Made In America makes this a great purchase.
