Would have returned the product, missed the return window.Installed the roller, the door moves barley, wrong design.(removed, reinstalled the old one)Plastic horizontal wheels...... are you serious?

This product failed within a few months of installation. Investing more in a quality part makes more sense than having to tear the van apart multiple times.

Junk chinese part! Buy one with METAL rollers or get the OEM Honda Part. This hinge didn't last 2 months. Can't return it since it lasted the 30day return policy. What a scam.

Avoid purchasing. Upper rollers are plastic junk and only lasted 2 months.

I have a 2013 Honda Odyssey van that has been plague with sliding door issue for a while. Replaced both driver and passenger middle rollers 3 days ago and the issue (so far) has gone away. Doors open and close with out issue on flat or incline terrain.
