This fits perfectly and is easy to install. I do hope this handle was made of something that lasts longer exposed to the elements than the one I'm replacing. In time they become brittle and bits of the covering flake off, the photo of the old one is a knob that is only 5 years old and on the side of the house so it's in shade a good part of the day.

the plastic is sturdy. and it's thick and wide, so it actually provides a bit more grip and torque when turning. which makes it a bit easier to adjust the water flow. and, let's be honest here, we all could use a little help with the small things. life is hard! like for ex I'm dealing with a lot right now. I bet you are too! I got really mad that I had to replace the knob in the first place. who wants to think about these things, when we have more important things to think about? so to get something that installs easily and makes it a bit easier to use is just nice. it's just really needed. and it looks durable! so the next time it enters my consciousness, hopefully I'll have less going on. or maybe I'll be dead from natural causes and this is the one time in my whole life I had to think about garden hose spigot knobs. that would be wonderful!

I needed to replace the handles on two 14-year-old outdoor faucets due to deterioration from the elements and these fit the bill perfectly, however, my experience echoes that of another reviewer, Dave R., with one of the handles arriving without its disc. It's not a crucial component (just helpful for ID'ing replacement parts) but it is annoying to pay for and receive an incomplete item. To be clear, I have zero complaints with Patriot Supply, they're fantastic and I appreciated their fast order fulfillment and quick delivery, but the manufacturer clearly has quality control issues. This issue was easily remedied by prying off the original disc, but again, I shouldn't have had to do that. Apart from this niggling issue, I'm happy and would buy this handle again in a heartbeat... which I'm guessing I'll probably need to do in another few years when the rubber falls off in sticky chunks in my hand again.

The valve and handle fit perfectly. Took the old one off and put the new one in, in a matter of minutes. My old one probably leaked from worn o-rings and could have been repaired. I’ll keep the old parts in case it leaks again. First one lasted 10 years without fault.
