While this is expensive, it is also well worth it. I lost my remote about a month ago, and it usually turns up by now. However it hasn't, and I really missed being able to adjust my bed. I thought my husband was ridiculous for wanting an adjustable bed, turns out I am the only one that uses it and it is the most awesome thing ever. I have now chained the remote to my nightstand. Seller upgraded my shipping for free, was incredibly fast with getting it mailed out, and came with super clear instructions. Literally two steps to program the remote and away we went. I ordered a remote for an adjustable bed, from Bradley’s through Amazon. When I received it, I realised I had purchased the wrong one for our model. The remote came with well written, personal and specific instructions and contact information. It also arrived much earlier than expected.After contacting Bradley’s they walked me through the process of returning and exchanging. Everything was done promptly and in time for my daughter’s upcoming knee surgery.Their customer service is phenomenal. Their patience, promptness and professionalism was really impressive. This replacement for my original works perfectly. I had a hard time finding a replacement, I'm glad this seller has them. One can not replace the battery on the original remote, but I'm pleased to see that this replacement has a replaceable battery! I've just ordered a 2nd one for a spare.

Great customer service above and beyond.. yes it is pricey but works.. compatible in seconds and could not get one from manufacturer or the store we bought the bed.. its your option.. mine was lost in a move

The remote did not work. The business has two numbers to call if the remote does not work. I called at 4:00 CT on the day it arrived to both numbers and there was not answer. I returned the unit and was charged a restocking fee of $20.85.

It took just a few minutes to program this remote, mainly because the instructions that came with it were excellent. It's exactly like the one that came with the bed with the exception that this one has a little door in case you ever have to replace the battery.Also, the seller upgraded my shipping to two days at no cost to me!
