The design wasn't thought out much. You have to move so much at once just to use this. You use the mini strainer to keep the seeds out. Then you have to turn the knob which is far from the hand. Then you have to squeeze at the same time. Plus you have to balance just to get the juice out of the fruit. I have seen one handed designs with a citrus press that was much better.
