Direct replacement for my 10-year old AC. Have two units and the motor died on one. Bought this to proactively replace the one on my second unit. Very install, and saved me over $400 over what it cost me to have my faulty motor replaced.

My first one was much less expensive, but worth it because of the ease of change out. I always keep a spare condenser fan motor because they go out more often than most other parts on the A/C in this hot climate. Be sure to check what capacitor you need and order it with the motor because you always change it at the same time.

Identical match to original motor. The fan blades we tough to remove but nothing WD40 couldn't take care of. Wires were a perfect match. Purple to capacitor and red & black to contactor. New motor was SIGNIFICANTLY quieter than the old, original. Self-repair for $175 or have M&M do it for $600... you decide.

Four stars because the shaft was not as long as it needed to be but I made it work. Also it was not a Lennox brand motor as advertised. It works but I was not pleased to open the box and find a different brand than I thought I was ordering.

This was the problem with our old one and my husband was able to switch it out rather quickly. The only problem was the TEXAS HEAT WHILE WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED. However it did come earlier then they told us it would yeah for us we are getting to old for suffering in this heat.
