The stone I ordered was a bereavement for my Sister-In-Law and it shipped after just a few days but got stuck a shipping facility for several days. Amazon automated system said I needed to wait a few more days to request replacement but I went ahead and contacted the seller. They got back to me in just a few hours and offered to replace it or refund my purchase - they were also very apologetic. I opted for replacement and I had the replacement stone (delivered and in hand) by the end of the week. It didn’t make it in time for the funeral service but I was very impressed with their customer service.The stone is beautiful. The butterflies are a very nice touch and overall is good quality. The only thing I wish was different is that it’s all printed on the stone (maybe vinyl???) and it’s not engraved. I do wish it was engraved bc I fear having it outdoors will eventually make the lettering not legible. The care instructions are to spray with clear UV resistant sealant as needed and to keep it cleaned. I did spray it as directed before giving it my sister-in-law and also gave her the care card. I hope it lasts a long time!

I bought this for my grandpa. His wife passed away and I wanted to get him something to remember her by. He planted some flowers and made a little garden and we added this rock into it. Very beautiful and I like how you can customize it. A lot bigger than expected.

The product I received first I was not happy with, The company was so easy to deal with and immediately sent me a replacement that was exactly what I wanted as a memorial strone for my daughter. I highly recommend them for their products and their customer service. Beautiful stone and engraving.

I was impressed that the lettering is engraved. It's nice looking than I expected, but also a bit smaller than I was thinking it would be (though the measurements are accurate, I hadn't looked closely at them).My aunt is a gardener so this is the perfect gift for her to remember my uncle. I don't think it will hold up well in the weather tho. It says to put a clear protectant on it. I'm sure that will help. So why didn't it come sealed?Item came very quickly. Was pleased by that. Overall, I'd recommend. Is a nice gift and reasonably priced.

This product looks well made, and the engraving was just as I had envisioned. It arrived in a timely manner. It will be placed in a memorial garden in Alaska, so I cannot speak to durability as it will be some time before it’s placed outside in the garden.
