This is very easy to install charger. Didnt took more than 4 hours to do the whole installation. It also can connect with your phone to control it via smartphone. App has feature of creating schedules as well.

This was difficult to set up based on the directions. After a few months, it didnβt fit well into my Tesla Y. I have to rig it up to stay charging now. Avoid this!

I actually have 2 of these, one in my garage and one behind my business. Once you figure out how to connect it to your router which is a little more difficult that I think it should be. You have to know your router name and enter it in. There is no automatic way to have it join your network. Once I understood what you have to do, it was easy. A Tech from the company chatted with me and we got it done.I wish it came with a 25' cable. 18 foot does not give me much slack as the plug in my garage is by the door and the slot on the Pacifica is on the front drivers side panel.I can charge the car in less than 2 hours, something like 1 hour and 56 minutes.It comes with cards to turn it on, I overrode those because it is in my garage. But at first I started it with the card and from the app on my phone.Oh yea, I wish the power cord was longer, it is only about a foot long. The company said that had to do with being UL Approved. I don't know my toaster is UL approved and has a longer power cord. Keep that in mine when you are installing the power outlet. You can see in the picture how close the outlet box has to be to the charger.All in all this is a great charger at a really great price. If you need one, I say go for it!

Three years ago, I bought my first home charger when I purchased a new EV. Being new to the home charging process, I decided to go with one of the name brand wall chargers. Did the plug in version since I move so much I wanted to have the option to easily take it with me. Have been very happy with the name brand, which has performed well and the app interface was easy and dependable. When I recently purchased a second vacation home that I visit often, I decided to buy a 2nd wall charger. I thought I was going to buy another charger like I had, but decided to do some research on Amazon to consider options.After some research, I decided to try the Electro-Volt charger given its good reviews and great price (including a coupon discount!). I figured if it turned out to be a less than advertised, I would take advantage of Amazon's favorable return policy to purchase another one. After 6 months of using the Electro-Volt, I can say it performs as well as the name brand charger I have, which cost more than 2x the price of the Electro-Volt. Installation was a breeze (plug-in version again), and the app interface works well. Over time I may have to edit this review if it doesn't continue to deliver, but today I can say that you will not be disappointed in this very cost-effective and high-performing home charger.

I am using this Level 2 EV charger from last 3 months. Overall, my opinion for this EV charger Level 2 is excellent. The charger has been charging my Tesla Model Y flawlessly with no issues for the last 3 months.I did analysis before purchase this charger; None of charger have all features like UL certified, Mobile app integration, RFID card charge mode, Plug & charge charge mode, premium quality in this price.Customer service is awesome as well and response time is really quick. They assist us for any help needed for configuration and Installation. They give us 2 Warranty product as well.In conclusion, The Electrical Vehicle Charger Level 2, Adjustable 40A, 240v Smart EV charger with NEMA 14-50P has proven to be a reliable and efficient charging solution for my EV. Itβs fast charging capabilities, smart feature and compatibility make it an excellent choice for Electrical Vehicle owners seeking a convenient and high-performing charging experience.

I traded in Tesla Model X to MB EQS SUV due to poor range and bitter experience with service and other issues along with months of delays in parts and so on. I was in the market for a J1772 home EvSe to replace Tesla corded mobile connector and after extensive research I narrowed my list down to CP HomeFlex, Enel X juice box and Wallbox Pulsar. They are all expensive and have negative reviews for respective apps. Electron-Volt EvSe was in Amazon suggestion and after through researching this EvSe made sense for the price point and offering. Install is straightforward took about 15 minutes and I already had Nema 14-50R in place for my previous EvSe and plugged into it. The QRcode for iPhone app took me to AppStore and it was some third party app which I am hesitant to download and install, so I canβt comment on the app and itβs functionality. It delivers 9.6KWH and the unit barely heats up in Arizona summer. So far charges great. Been using it for 3 weeks now and itβs working great, Will update my review in the future if I face any issues.
