Obviously, everyone's EV charging needs vary but I generally prefer a more robust solution for my 'primary' home and office charging center. That said, I also like to have a servicable backup option and this charger from evgoer is perfect to throw in the trunk for emergencies. It comes with a NEMA 6-20 plug and an adapter cable so that you can use it with a 5-15 outlet as well. It offers all of the built in protections that you expect from a quality EV charger. This includes IP67 dust/waterproof rating and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. It has plenty of built in protections including short circuit, overheat, overcurrent, etc. It feels very well made, particularly compared against other chargers at the price point. It has a 17 foot charging cable--a weird length in a world where most quality products have 25 feet but it's enough to get the job done in most situations. It's not the fastest charger but gets the job done at does so at a nice value price point. Highly recommended!

This charger works well at Level 2 with low power output as a trickle charger. That hurts its portability somewhat, as does its large size, but we found it's perfect at home where an overnight charge for our Ioniq5 always tops it off.

Charger seems to be well made and good value for the quality. I have a 14-50 plug on a 60amp breaker in my garage and it has worked great for charging at 50 amps nightly. I was just away in a rural area with no EV stations nearby so tried to use it at an RV park that was supplied with 50 amp service. The highest 50amp setting would flip the 50 amp breaker as expected but I figured I could just turn it down to 40 amp as the sales photos suggest is possible. Problem was that my 3 lower level options were 13amp/11amp/9amp so I was stuck charging very slow at 13amp. So if you buy this charger make sure that you verify the lower setting options before your return window and support window close like they have for me now on this product.

After two months of use, my charger and prongs ran really hot and started to melt my outlet. Everything is within voltage range and within charging limitation. I believe the particular charger was faulty. Up until then, the charger worked just fine. The prongs got so hot they melted inside and caused sparks. My house was almost a lost cause if I was not around to monitor it.

This is a great charger if you have a J1772 port.The item comes with the attachments I needed to install straight into my home wall. No need to buy from the dealership where it was too expensive anyways.The charger comes with a white charging handle, which is easier for me to identify when we get into the garage when its dark.The charger kit comes with a case which holds everything easily. It truly is a mobile charger, as I can easily coil it with my arm as a size gauge and everything fits into the bag just fine.The charger worked right out of the box and started charging. Power button, and boom. Done.One thing I'd recommend is to keep an eye on heat and power usage. I had to be sure to turn everything off in the garage to make sure the breaker didn't trip. Try to get a dedicated socket for Lv 2 charging.Otherwise, this is great and it charged my car overnight every day.

Nothing special. It's cheap and works. I don't know for how long it will work but it has so far. I don't think I'll trust the water proofness though.

I got this charger for my Polestar 2 and it's worked great so far with no issues. I've used it at least 5 times now and it's been a breeze everytime. It's longer and it provides more information than the OEM Polestar charger had. It shows time elapsed for charging and the amps.
