Charger connection locked onto car coupling. It took many attempts and several different tools to seperate the two pieces. Maybe it works better on something other than a Prius Prime.

Good level 1 car charger at a good value. Like the build quality and the lcd display is functional and a good feature. Cable could be a little longer.

This is a good, sturdy charger, that works well at both level 1 and 2 charging. The versatility is great, especially if you use this as a portable charger. This comes with a canvas bag, so carrying it on road trips is easily feasible. The build quality looks good, the cables are very thick and robust. I think this is one built to last, and the very long warranty adds peace of mind. The charging speed is good, and the display gives you a lot of important information easily. It charges Hyundai EVs well, and if you have an adapter, also worked well at charging a Tesla.

My wife and I are using this as our primary home charger for our 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat that has an extended range battery. This charger works better than the portable charger that came with our vehicle from the dealership. I appreciate the fact that the charge rate can be selected on this charger. The charger itself is compact, easy to install (I purchased the 50-amp plug-in style), and the cord is plenty long to reach the charging port of our vehicle with some slack. The best part is the digital display that shows how much current is being drawn as well as a timer that shows the charge time. Overall a fantastic value!
