My wife and I both drive EVs and I'm always trying to keep our home charging station on the 'cutting edge'. I've tested at least a dozen chargers in the past year and this NURZVIY hardwired level 2 charger is one of the best I've encountered at this price point. It has most of the features you expect from a top tier charger including a smartphone app, NFC cards, wi-fi bluetooth and a reasonably long cable (23.6 feet). It has all of the built in safety protection you'd expect including overvoltage, short circuit, overload, etc. It can stand up to any weather condition (though I mounted mine in the garage). The built in LED interface is simple yet functional and makes it easy to control the charger. Really an impressive array of features and performance at a very reasonable price point. Highly recommended!

Like that ken guy said level 2 is the best balance in terms of affordability and speed and I completely agree. Well said and I'm happy with the charger

I think level 2 is a good stable platform for EV charging from home… EV Chargers come in 3 levelsLevel 1- Least expensive but slow charging, it uses a standard house hold plug (110-120v). Roughly 5 miles of charge per hour.Level 2- Middle range price wise. Charging is far faster than the level one but use 240 volt, which is the same as a washer or dryer in the standard home. On Average around 25 miles of charge an hourLevel 3- Expensive as hell. Fast charging, around 150-300 miles of charge per hour. With that being said level 2 is a great option for easy overnight charging and this charger is a bit faster than the average. Not a bad choice at the price range! The lcd is a dope feature and it can be used indoor or outdoors.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

This is without a doubt a high-quality fast charger that is well-built and very functional. Its cable is durable, of generous length, and a sufficient copper cross-section to handle 40A current. Display is somewhat basic, but app functionality is very good. It is capable of delivering lots of useful energy stats as well as fine-tuning and remotely controlling the charger. There are two keycard provided with the charger that you need to use in absence of an app. I did not quite like those because without them charger simply does not even start charging - you need to either click the card or connect an app to get it going. The emergency stop button is another nice addition on this charger. What I liked the most is its ability of fine-tuning charging current for the charger. It comes very handy if your outlet or electrical service requires some of that flexibility at your residence, just like my rental house does. Very good product overall, high quality and excellent performance. Highly recommend it.

No lie, some dealer-installed chargers are over $5,000. No, thank you. This thing cranks out 40 amps (if you have a breaker big enough to service that much). It has all the bells and whistles, and then some, including RFID card access! That's right. You can now safely install your charger outside, and your neighbor won't be able to sneak over to charge their car while you're at work. No RFID card? No electricity. VERY nice. Nice display, scheduling, there really isn't anything this charger doesn't do, except plug itself in.I mean, if you want to drop $5k+ on a dealer charger, be my guest. This seems like a MUCH better deal to me.
