Do not waste your time considering this ladder. I recieved the ladder and I had to install the stability rails, and when I went to use the ladder it was unstable. It is a narrow ladder and the stability bars do nothing. I have it on a concrete floor and even without climbing on it, there is a significant wobble. It arrived slightly damaged in the post (superficial), there is a small dent in one of the steps. I tried to return the ladder, but have not received any reply from the seller. I would not recommend this ladder or seller.

The latter is very good. It took longer to assemble a stabilizers because the plastic pieces that you attach are very tight. The directions could have better pictures of how to extend the extenders. The clip to release the extenders is not easy to push for my wife. I've only had a lot a couple of days but so far it has done what I hoped it would do and the wheels are very useful a major advance in laddering.

I bought the 17 foot extendable. Fast shipping and it arrived yesterday. I used it today to put up a 51 foot wire antenna along my roofline.This ladder is sturdy, and built like a tank!It is not light weight, but the wheels on the bottom make it easy to move around.It is easy to adjust. I opened it up from a A frame ladder to an extended ladder by myself. One person can do it, but two people can do it faster!When you extend it and stand on the extended rungs, you will notice a difference when climbing it on the extended rungs. No big deal, it can handle 330 lbs!I am very impressed with this ladder!
