Leviton 115PV Plug, Vinyl 2 Wire 15 Amp

Leviton 2 wire yellow vinyl plug with molded grip #000-115PV is 15 amp 125 volt, 2 pole 2 wire grounding, NEMA 1-15R. Rugged PVC body resists moisture and chemicals, suited for outdoor cord use. Designed to stand up to rough use and is ideal for shops, garages, and rough duty work with hard floors. Features two piece strain relief cord grip clamp that centers cord for neat installation. Use with 18-2, 16-2, 14-2 and 12-2 AWG cord sizes (.245 to .655 inches. Speed thread assembly screws tighten with just a few quick turns. Triple drive head screws; 3/16-inch fits Slotted, Philips, and Roberson screwdrivers. Husk and module are keyed for easy alignment during wiring. NEMA rating molded into front module for easy id.

Picture shows a type A plug but description indicates a type B plug which has three prongs.
