Purchased this LG blu-ray because I wanted the combo with a 65” LG tv. Expecting the same quality of the tv, I felt disappointed with the blu-ray quality, specially the remote control, looks cheap and performs horrible.

I know it's a cracked product, but it worked flawlessly for the first five months. Until today, now the Region Code is locked to some unknown setting and won't respond to the controls to change them back to Region A or B. I've been testing it for like 15 minutes trying to salvage my $400 investment before I face that I now have (at best) a regular 4K player that may; or may, not play blurays after today..: if I remember correctly, you simply power down the player, wait a few seconds and then press the number to the corresponding region code. Idk, very unfortunate, bouta test 4Ks ---Yeh, 4Ks work. Lame as fawk there are no real region free 4K players in existence - like, legit ones. I just wanna be able to watch Region B DVDs/Blus on the same device I watch 4Ks. Anyways, guess I'll try a refund n split the difference for two separate players like a gooch.

La connexion sonore à un son surround est évoquée mais l'appareil ne laisse pas beaucoup de possibilités pour l'installer concrètement. C'est sa faiblesse. Tout ce qui est du domaine de l'image est parfait

I am happy to get this Blu Ray player because I could read/watch any disc and at any format. I have had many DVD stored because of the format, now I am watching them in ectasy. 3D haven't used it still.Thanks

I have used the product for a month now. The product seems to be satisfactory and functional as described. However I am unable to view 3 D movies clearly for the reasons not known to me. I do not know whether this is due to defective 3d glass or the projector or the connected cables. though I have checked for their compatibility to view 3 d movies before purchase. I will update on this issue in due course of time
