Helps relieve pain and appears to work as advertised. Just need to remember that the middle button is used to select settings like heat and intensity, while the 1st and 3rd buttons adjust the levels up or down.

As someone with cervical neck issues I was really hopeful that this product would offer some relief. It didn't and I returned it for the following reasons:It isn't a deep massager like the descriptions says. The description states: "MASSAGE TECHNOLOGY: Features 4 deep-kneading nodes that automatically change direction every minute to reduce muscle tension". This only has 3 levels of vibration. There are no kneading nodes. There is low, medium and high vibration.The heating function is very minimal. It does heat up but not to any extent where you'd really notice a benefit.It has confusing controls. There isn't anything on the device or remote that indicates whether you are adjusting the vibration, heat, or the supposed electrical stimulation.It gave me a headache both times I used it, so instead of providing pain relief it did the opposite. It just vibrates which really wasn't that relaxing. For the money it's not really a good value. If it had an actual deep tissue massage feature, had a therapeutic level of heat, or even some red light therapy I'd be interested. This was not that product.I'm giving it 1 star because of the inaccurate description - no "4 deep-kneading nodes that automatically change direction every minute", no "adjustable straps to secure the massager to your chair, car seat, or preferred location", heat feature not strong enough.

At first I wasn't sure how to feel about it, but the longer I laid and relaxed my neck and back for maximum cervical traction, it actually felt VERY relaxing and nice. The only thing is then I wanted it to reach some slightly offset areas near the neck/shoulder area so I just had to keep twisting my body to get it in just the right spot. The first time I used it, I laid a blanket on the hard wood floor and actually enjoyed it much more that I anticipated.The second time, I made the mistake of using it while laying on my bed, and I'm not sure if it's the softer, more malleable surface that makes such a difference, but I was in pain for two days after that one; so I'd suggest sticking to harder surfaces while using (which makes sense since the objective is traction, lol). I used it for quite a while and never ran out of battery, and I used it straight out of the box before even charging it, so it does come with a good amount of initial charge.The size is a bit smaller than I thought from the pictures but it is actually a great fit. It helped with my neck/upper back pain the first use, but not the second. Also, I'm a heat addict, but I did not like the heat option on those metal pieces. It burns to much and in such narrowly defined spots that are not well distributed, so I just ended up turning off the heating feature while using it. Oh, and the remote sucks, but it's much easier to just memorize the position of the three buttons on the side and use that.

Instructions were very hard to read. Too small print. We took a photo to blow up instructions to be able to read.

Don’t get this product. It doesn’t hold a full battery or charge. Doesn’t do what it says it does. Worst of money. Wouldn’t even give it one star

Firstly, mine shipped without the remote.It takes a little getting used to the hard rubber.The heat is not very strong even in high mode.You have to wet your skin for the tens to work.Other than that, it’s okay. I will be keeping it. It will probably suit others just fine.
